A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe — we never store card details. Prices are in Euro (€). Minimum stay: 3 nights. Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
Our policy is Firm. Payment processing fees are non-refundable on cancellations — see our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
Check-in after 16:00 · Check-out before 11:00 · No smoking · No parties · No pets · Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chania, Crete.
