SpiliaInn Chania — Cancellation Policy

Short stays (under 28 nights)

• Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 15–30 days before check-in
• No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before check-in

Long stays (28+ nights)

Different terms apply. First 30 days are non-refundable after check-in. Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.

How to cancel

Use the Manage Booking link in your confirmation email, or email info@spiliainn.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed automatically within 5–10 business days.

Payment processing fees on refunds

When a refund is issued, our payment provider's card processing fee (typically ~1.5% + €0.25) is deducted from the refund amount. Stripe does not return this fee to us when a booking is cancelled — this is standard across the industry. The exact fee is shown before you confirm any cancellation. This allows us to offer secure direct bookings without platform commissions.

No-shows

Treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Host cancellation

Full refund within 3 business days. We will assist in finding alternative accommodation.
